Join our Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team from Waterton, Colorado. We are seeking an expert Senior Administrative Assistant to partner as the right hand to our Director of Modernization Programs and the Director of Strategic Deterrence Systems Engineering for FBM & Strategic Reentry.

In this dynamic role, you will:
• Maintain calendars for three Directors, arrange meetings and create travel itineraries.
• Screen callers, manage office mail/email and other correspondence and ensure correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled.
• Make arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, teleconferences, video conferences, PowerPoint chart/agenda production and reproduction and coordinating badge access, as applicable.
• Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Partner and work strategically spanning across multiple FBM locations/sites and time zones.
• Demonstrate initiative, discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests.
• Ensure all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled.
• Utilize personal computer and standard desk top software (full complement of Microsoft Office Suite) to access Lockheed Martin systems, compose correspondence and create presentation charts. Assure administrative detail on all projects.
• Prepare and reconcile expense reports, submit catering requests, order office supplies and maintain office equipment, as needed.
• Perform additional special assignments as required partnering with the FBM Line of Business (LOB) staff and in support of the Business Rhythm.
• Assist in employee engagement events as appropriate.

This role will involve initiative, diplomacy, agility, discretion and judgment in performing daily job duties and responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience/combined education, along with additional specialized training in relevant job functions and/or a demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks, as well as three years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience performing a variety of administrative duties in supporting supervisors/managers or senior staff members.

• Experience arranging large meetings and conferences.

• Experience arranging and booking travel.

• Experience with proactive calendar management.

• Ability to analyze trends in data and report information to key stakeholders.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,100 - $90,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
