What You Will Be Doing
As a Staff Property Analyst (Level 4), you will play a critical role in ensuring company, customer, and U.S. Government property is managed in full compliance with federal regulations, contractual requirements, and internal policies. This position serves as a subject matter expert in property management systems and lifecycle processes, supporting both on-site operations and subcontractor locations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain audit readiness, strengthen business system compliance, and drive continuous improvement across property management processes. This is a high-visibility role that directly supports operational excellence and regulatory integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR Supplements, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and contract requirements related to property management and lifecycle oversight.
- Oversee and analyze property business system activities to ensure accurate tracking, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage property compliance activities for company-owned, customer-owned, and U.S. Government-owned assets across on-site and subcontractor locations.
- Conduct internal and external property assessments, audits, and reviews; analyze findings and support corrective action planning.
- Provide guidance on contractual requirements and regulatory interpretation related to property acquisition, utilization, transfer, and disposition.
- Develop, update, and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare routine and special-purpose reports related to taxes, leasing, insurance, facility utilization, and asset accountability.
- Support domestic and international business operations by ensuring property systems and processes meet regulatory and contractual standards.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on property management systems, compliance requirements, and business processes.
- Partner with contracts, supply chain, finance, program management, and audit teams to resolve property-related issues and improve system performance.

A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or above from an accredited college
• Property Management experience
• Experience dealing with U.S. Government DCMA and Program Office personnel
• Experience with FAR/DFAR requirements and interpretation there of as related to the property management life cycle
Desired Skills:
• 10+ years Government Property Management experience
• Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS clauses related the management of Government owned property
• Experience corresponding with U.S. Government, DCMA and Senior Leadership
• Organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)
• Experience utilizing Maximo, SAP, and other Government Systems
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
