Description:Property Analyst Senior - Level 3
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
As a Property Analyst Senior (Level 3), you will be responsible for implementing and administering the LM Aeronautics Property Management system at the Fort Worth facility. Create Property Management processes and procedures, physically identify assets with an asset number, create property records, conduct periodic inventories, submit required property reports, conduct self-assessments, coordinate customer property system analysis and provide necessary corrective actions to maintain an approved property system, ensure property is disposed of in accordance with contractual regulations and company procedures. You will use your strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations as it relates to property administration. In this position, you will work with little or no supervision. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to directly impact operational compliance and program success. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant will not require a security clearance to begin employment but will be submitted for a Secret Clearance after hired.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage property management activities in alignment with company policies, contractual requirements, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property matters, including compliance issues, audits, and special projects.
- Conduct on-site assessments, audits, and reviews at subcontractor facilities to validate property control, accountability, and system effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams such as contracts, supply chain, program management, and finance to resolve property-related issues and ensure contract compliance.
- Monitor and support the Fort Worth Property Business System to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of government and company-owned assets.
- Provide guidance and training on property management requirements and best practices.
- Support customer interactions and government audits related to property control and accountability.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and corrective see plans to address findings and improve process performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
• Property Management Experience
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as well as, managing Government property in accordance with the FAR
• Experience with Maximo and/or SAP
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Business
• Contracts knowledge
• Accounting and Finance background
• Auditing skills and techniques
• Experience with advanced Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with Property Business Systems
• Previous experience operating enterprise database tools
• Application of Voluntary Consensus Standards
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating with and providing timely responses to Government customers
• Team player and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all customers
• Experience problem solving
• Experience with MS Office Suite
