Basic Qualifications:
Engineering Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Knowledge of electronic components, DMS and Project Management.
Industry experience in utilization of trade studies and business case analyses to recommend options for DMS mitigations.
Desired Skills:
Engineering Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
Experience in Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering with emphasis upon Mission / Vehicle Systems Integration.
Experience using Microsoft Office tools emphasizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working in fast pace and highly visible environment where the employee will be managing multiple parallel tasks.
Experience with leading, coordinating, and collaborating with various disciplines towards a common goal.
Experience in reviewing, interpreting, and writing proposals, SSOWs, and BOEs.
Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communications skills, including briefing to members of upper management, customers, and stakeholders.
Experience in Systems Engineering disciplines with understanding of the total lifecycle (architecture, requirements, design, analysis, integration, verification, production and sustainment) including the following key competencies: Supplier Interface, Proposal Analysis, Risk and Opportunity Assessment.
Experience working with Suppliers and/or Supply Chain engagement.
Industry experience with Earned Value Management &/or being a Control Account Manager.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

As the DMS Engineer Staff you will be responsible for translating technical and supply-chain data into actionable plans that sustain the F-35 and ADP fleets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze technical and obsolescence data (BOMs, industry reports) to identify program impacts.
- Manage, review, and disposition DMS Supplier Data Requirement Lists (SDRLs).
- Develop, coordinate, and present DMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to program customers.
- Serve as Control Account Manager for the F-35 DMS Management team, overseeing labor and material control accounts.
- Coordinate across Systems Engineering, Program Management, and Global Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution.
