Sayres is seeking an experienced Part time Senior Technical Program Analyst with a current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS in Washington, DC.
Duties required include technical and project management services related to providing support for shipbuilding program. This position will require travel as needed to support the customer.

Duties required include technical and project management services related to providing support for shipbuilding program. This position will require travel as needed to support the customer.
- Attend program and technical meetings related to construction, trials planning, and technical efforts; record minutes and action items.
- Manage the review of DRLs for compliance with specifications, regulations, standards, and engineering practices; consolidate comments for PMS325 release.
- Prepare monthly reports covering action items, project status, financials, and schedules.
- Participate in design reviews, site visits, and meetings as requested to support PMS 325 APM/PM on project status, technical issues, and project planning.
- Support trials, delivery, and acceptance activities as requested by the PMS 325 APM/PM.
Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline
- 10+ years program management, technical management, or Industry business management
- Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS/JPAS
Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates
- 15+ years program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 1+ years in DoD/DoN program management
