ROLE: Senior Logistics Coordinator to supports the Science and Technology Directorate by providing critical administrative, logistics, communications, and security support to enable mission execution and national intelligence priorities.

ROLE: Senior Logistics Coordinator to supports the Science and Technology Directorate by providing critical administrative, logistics, communications, and security support to enable mission execution and national intelligence priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist operations in developing requirements and documentation for government acquisition of equipment.
- Coordinate with Department of Defense organizations and civilian companies specializing in detection or collection technologies.
- Maintain accurate inventories of all accountable equipment.
- Manage accounts in the Financial Accounting and Corporate Tracking System (FACTS) and serve as Alternate Activity Support Coordinator (AASC) for assigned property.
- Schedule and execute periodic maintenance for equipment; manage and update equipment and spares databases.
- Facilitate purchase and receipt of mission-related equipment, software, and expendable items; generate shipping load-outs on commercial or military systems.
- Coordinate transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous equipment and supplies.
- Conduct off-site travel as required.
- Support material management, supply program implementation, property accountability, stock record control, and requisition processing.
- Prepare guidance, clarifications, and reports.
- Assist with Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (DD Form 200) and related documentation; review DD250 and DD1149 forms for accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, inventory, load, unload, store, issue, deliver, and turn in organizational supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with leadership on material life cycle maintenance, including inventory upkeep and property upgrade recommendations.
- Maintain warehouse storage space, including organization, requisition, receipt, shipping, storage, issue, accountability, and preservation of supplies and equipment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI clearance
- EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma required
- EXPERIENCE
- 7 years of experience in DoD logistics and knowledge of DoD and/or IC logistics policies and procedures
