Job Summary
Seeking qualified Physical Security Monitors (PSMs) to support a U.S. Government mission in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. PSMs provide continuous security monitoring and reporting in support of force protection and access control operations at U.S. facilities.
This position supports a 24/7 operation and requires shift work.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor access control points, facilities, and designated areas to maintain situational awareness
Observe, document, and report security-related activities, anomalies, or incidents
Coordinate with U.S. Government security personnel and supervisors as required
Maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with established procedures
Participate in formal shift turnover to ensure continuity of operations
Follow all applicable security policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
Note: This position does not perform law enforcement, detention, or armed security functions.
Required Qualifications
U.S. citizenship (required)
Active or eligible for a Secret (Tier 3) security clearance
Prior experience in security, force protection, monitoring, military, law enforcement, or related roles
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to work effectively in a professional, controlled security environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior overseas or deployed experience
Experience supporting U.S. Government or Department of Defense facilities
Familiarity with access control or security monitoring operations
Additional Information

Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate travel and immigration authorization
