About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to support Customs and Border Protection (CBP) programs. In this role, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of hardware, software, and supporting documentation by implementing and monitoring configuration management (CM) processes. You will manage configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle, maintain authoritative configuration records in the Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS) and Technical Data Packages (TDPs), facilitate configuration audits, and support the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process.
Location: On-Site. Tucson, Arizona (No relocation assistance provided)
Clearance Requirements: Active or eligible U.S. Government Security Clearance (DoD Secret or DHS Suitability)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years supporting configuration management activities, including document control, baseline maintenance, or change management
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles and lifecycle processes
- Proficiency with ILSS or similar logistics/configuration systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CMII or equivalent).
- Experience with government sustainment programs or logistics systems
- Familiarity with CBP or DHS programs
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) processes and configuration audits
Responsibilities:
- Maintain authoritative configuration baselines and Technical Data Packages (TDPs).
- Support the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process, ensuring configuration changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved.
- Facilitate configuration audits (functional and physical) to verify compliance with approved baselines and technical requirements.
- Provide configuration status accounting reports to Program Management for logistics planning, sustainment activities, and system performance monitoring.
- Manage document control workflows, including versioning, distribution, storage, and archival of program documents and technical artifacts.
- Provide recurring configuration reports, change logs, system baselines, and configuration status accounting to leadership and Government customers.
- Support Systems Acceptance Tests (SAT) by ensuring configuration baselines are correctly documented and verified.
- Participate in meetings and cross-functional coordination activities, providing configuration insights that support operational availability and lifecycle planning.
- Interface with customers to accept incoming work and distribute completed work.
- Coordinate reviews of documents and assist with completion of required forms for document evaluation.
- Electronically route transactions according to established processes, including change requests and associated evaluations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
