Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, categorizing, and analyzing requirements in order to relate the effects of changes in ordering, meeting regulations, obligations, etc.; 2) Utilizing automated systems to input and manipulate data, to recognize standard error messages, and to make appropriate corrections; 3) Identifying, analyzing, and forecasting trends and communicating negative implications to research leaders and scientists; and 4) Collaborating to solve problems and provide effective and responsive service relating to supply/logistics management.

Education
in lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.

- You will analyze, develop, evaluate, or promote improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, systems, performing logistics or techniques
- You will develop and perform logistics management and safety operations that involve planning, coordinating or evaluating the logistical and safety actions required to support MCD.
- You will track expendable materials, trace acquisition source and methods, resolve problems associated with timely deliveries and lead time; and arrange for disposal of surplus and excess property.
- You will weigh the impact of variables; search for and analyze information; trace sequences of transactions to resolve questions; prepare entries for supply record systems; and provide supply information.
