Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall commercial strategy, including market segmentation, pricing, packaging, channel strategy, and international expansion.
- Own full P&L responsibility for all commercial functions, meeting aggressive revenue targets while optimizing efficiency and profitability.
- Build, mentor, and scale world-class Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations teams; attract top-tier talent and cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Finance leadership to align go-to-market with the product roadmap, ensure customer feedback loops, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Establish operational excellence through metrics, rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision - making.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel programs to drive growth.
- Represent the company externally to key customers, industry analysts, partners, and at major events; serve as a visible thought leader in the industry.
- Continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), net revenue retention (NRR), and magic number efficiency metrics.
