Position Description Summary:
Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) while working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Government management personnel, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
• Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Ten (10) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Ten (10) years’ experience, managing the development of high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements. Also, responsible for managing the development of middle to high-end client server-based applications, design and development of web pages, and porting the applications to a web interface.
• Ten (10) years of knowledge and management experience, in the utilization of HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C# and VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin and Oracle. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements. Requires extremely strong customer relation skills.
• Ten (10) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology related field with ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Security Clearance Required:
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
