This role focuses on securing containerized platforms, orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud infrastructure that support mission-critical government systems.
You will work across development, operations, and security teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the DevOps lifecycle while maintaining compliance with federal standards.

You will work across development, operations, and security teams to ensure security is embedded throughout the DevOps lifecycle while maintaining compliance with federal standards.
What You'll Do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement, and manage security practices across containerized application environments
- Support the secure operation of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration platforms
- Secure CI/CD pipelines to enable safe, reliable, and compliant software delivery
- Implement and maintain container security controls and monitoring solutions
- Support AWS cloud security configurations and best practices
- Use Bash scripting to automate DevOps and security-related tasks
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to maintain high security standards
- Support DevOps operations in a regulated federal environment
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- On-site support required in Washington, DC
- U.S. Citizenship required (U.S. citizens or dual citizens only)
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- 2 years of experience with Docker container technologies
- 2 years of experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms
- 2 years of experience with container security concepts and tools
- 2 years of experience with Bash scripting
- 2 years of experience supporting AWS security services or cloud security practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Experience supporting government or regulated environments is a plus
- Support secure DevOps operations for federal mission systems
- Gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and container technologies
- Work with experienced technical teams in a collaborative environment
- Contribute directly to the security and reliability of government platforms
