Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel.
- Provide onsite supervision and operational oversight of contractor support team.
- Coordinate task assignments and ensure timely delivery of work products.
- Communicate regularly with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and DNN program office designated leads to align support with program priorities.
- Track performance metrics and submit monthly status reports.
- Assist in conflict resolution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Support staffing efforts, including onboarding, training, escorting, and performance evaluation of contractor staff.
- Escort visitors, vendors, and non-cleared personnel within controlled or restricted areas, as required. Escort duties include ensuring compliance with all security protocols, maintaining situational awareness, and coordinating with government personnel to facilitate access in accordance with agency procedures and applicable security regulations
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business management or contract management.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
