Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support an enterprise-level federal aviation program operating within a complex, mission-critical, environment.
In this role, you will work closely with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams in developing reliable, end-to-end network & system solutions. The ideal candidate will lead collaborative efforts to turn organizational goals into actionable technical strategies that optimize operational readiness within an evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities include:
The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000-190,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.

Responsibilities include:
- Perform system level design and configuration of MSNE systems including determination of hardware, operating system, and other platform specifications to meet project requirements while maintaining interoperability with existing sponsor networks.
- Lead recommendations that involve engineering development, integration, and interface design analysis, installation, integration, fielding and field analysis, operation, maintenance, and testing of customers communication systems and networks hardware and software.
- Plan large-scale systems projects through vendor comparison and trade/cost studies.
- Develop and maintain network architecture specifications and artifacts
- Supports local, regional, and wide area networks (WANs), and customers communication systems and networks supporting voice, video, data, and imagery information.
- Identify the need for routers, switches, and encryption devices to support enterprise services
- Perform a variety of system engineering tasks that are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation; troubleshoot unique or complex problems.
- 10 years' experience designing local, regional, network systems and subsystems supporting voice, video, data, and imagery information.
- 5 years' experience leading teams to address complex IT projects.
- Active Cisco Certified Network Professional (CNNP)
- Large enterprise environment experience
- Experience providing senior-level engineering support and subject matter expertise
- PMP
- Experience working in NAVAIR/NAWCAD
- DoD Top Secret
- B.S in technical or IT discipline
- 8am - 4pm
