Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified Senior Test Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities for CBRN Integrated Early Warning (IEW) systems. This individual will work closely with stakeholders across DoD test agencies, acquisition offices, and CBRN program teams to ensure that systems meet mission requirements and are rigorously evaluated before fielding.
This position is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and is contingent upon contract award. Secret Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of user feedback events, technical demonstrations, operational demonstrations, and operational assessments for CBRN systems.
• Interface with the Army Evaluation Command (AEC) to help develop test criteria and ensure alignment with evaluation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all documentation required by AEC and other stakeholders in advance of T&E events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to schedule events, manage logistics, and ensure proper test setup and execution.
• Oversee on-site support for test events, including data collection, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze test data, develop After Action Reports (AARs), and support integration of findings into program planning and system improvement.
• Maintain version control of test documentation and ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and test records to the Government.
Qualifications
• 10 years or more of experience supporting test and evaluation (T&E) activities in CBRN or defense programs.
• Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, systems, chemical), Applied Science, or a related technical discipline
• Ability to travel in the CONUS and OCONUS, 5-7%.
• Direct and extensive experience working with the US Army Evaluation Center to evaluate the capabilities being fielded by Programs of Record
• Experience managing the configuration of systems within the CBDP enterprise
• Extensive experience with chemical or biological threats evidenced through education or work history
• Direct experience in the CBDP enterprise working with a Program Office on a Program of Record
• Experience generating documentation required for a Program of Record (acquisition strategy, testing strategy, master schedule, etc.)
• Direct and extensive experience working with Service or OSD test agencies to evaluate the capabilities being fielded by Programs of Record
• Direct experience managing the configuration of systems being fielded by Programs of Record
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 11+ years of experience with CBRN-related programs.
