You will be the Systems Engineer Staff - Level 4 for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering cutting-edge aircraft concepts and delivering advanced system solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for driving complex system-engineering efforts within the historic Skunk Works environment, ensuring integration, risk management, and timely delivery of high-impact projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery.
Applying system-engineering principles to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
Communicating status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to keep projects on target.
Developing and authoring requirements and supporting documentation aligned with customer needs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline
• Working knowledge of the System Engineering V (including Requirements development, Systems Design, Verification and validation)
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience, especially modeling in tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler and experience with digital engineering.
• Experience working in different engineering disciplines and suppliers to derive, decompose, and verify requirements
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal and external customers.
Desired Skills:
• Air Vehicle knowledge and experience (subsystem develop and maturation exercises)
• Integration experience between flight computers and Line Replacement Units (LRUs)
• Experience with Formal Qualification Testing (FQT) in a System Integration Lab (SIL) in a plus
• Working knowledge of Vehicle management hardware and software
• Able to read an interface control document to support model development
• Strong test process discipline experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Experience working with teams of engineers.
• Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) experience; CAM-Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
