Who You Are
The F35/ADP Display Software Senior Manager will lead the real time, embedded Multi-Function Display (MFD) and Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) software development team for the Airborne Software organization across the F35 and ADP programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic direction for F-35 Display production software development and for the development of ADP PVI modernization software
- Oversee maturation roadmaps and maintain alignment as the displays are expanded for F-35, F-35+ and forward
- Manage staffing, resource allocation tracking progress, preparation and maintenance of technical and process expertise across the F35 and ADP demand signal
- Ensure organization's staff meets all applicable program and business commitments
- Collaborate with stakeholders (both internal and external) in support of the warfighters, providing oversight of CAM activity (cost, schedule, quality), promoting and leading our Agile development environment, and ensuring overall product integrity and quality
- Re-plan, and re-allocate resources as required based on release content and priorities
- Ensure critical resources are applied to alignment with overall business priorities
- Provide technology linkage and knowledge sharing with the programs
- Coordinate tools and techniques resolution of technical issues within Airborne Software organization
- Leverage commonality of other program's display platforms
- Collaborate with Software Domains and LOBs on necessary resources to accomplish necessary development on new capability/feature/defect correction for Software Integration

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership ability & experience leading a team
• Experience with F35 program/architecture or display architectures typically found in aircraft systems
• Experience managing real-time, embedded software development
• Experience in flight software qualification testing and security/safety certification efforts
• Experience leading Agile development
• Experience in DevSecOps transformation and expansion
• Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering, technical, or business discipline
Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and at least a Secret clearance to be considered.
Desired Skills:
- CAM experience
- Experience with drawing frameworks such as OpenGL, Vulkan, QT, etc.
- Experience with F35 Mission Systems architecture and software development process
- Strong Technical Experience
- Strong Communication skills
