Responsibilities
- Manage complex technical systems, driving stakeholder engagement, and gathering detailed requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Navigate certification and approval processes while maintaining strict compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous technical training to stay ahead of evolving technologies.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (preferrably from this client).
- Working knowledge of end-to-end planning, execution, and management of complex or multi-faceted technical development activities, with a focus on cybersecurity and field operations.
- Demonstrated experience with technical capabilities and commercial technologies, ensuring effective integration and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies, delivering secure and efficient outcomes.
- Willing to travel to meet with vendors and teaming partners (10-20%)
Desired:
- Proven experience managing field projects and delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions.
- Five or more years of project management and leadership experience, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- CISSP, CISA, or related cyber security certification
