Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and evaluate data science and machine learning models.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Support test and evaluation of analytics and ML capabilities to assess performance, accuracy, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and testers to integrate ML solutions into mission systems.
- Develop metrics, reports, and documentation to support analytic assessment and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows across development and operational environments.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph with this Customer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline plus 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data science, including statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Significant experience with MLOps, including automation, deployment, and lifecycle management of ML models.
- Experience supporting test and evaluation or operational mission environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.
