- Performing thorough preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electronic systems to ensure operational readiness and system reliability
- Conducting detailed diagnostic tests and repairs using precision instruments to identify faults and restore optimal functionality
- Interpreting and applying technical documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures to guide maintenance operations
- Collaborating with engineering and support teams to coordinate repairs, system upgrades, and modifications while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Documenting maintenance activities, test results, and corrective actions to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in an electronics technician role
- Two-year technical degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of complex electronic systems in compliance with DoD requirements
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately troubleshoot and calibrate electronic components
- Skilled in utilizing specialized diagnostic tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators, to identify and resolve system malfunctions
- Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to streamline repair tracking and maintenance scheduling
- Experience with advanced soldering techniques and circuit board testing tools to enhance repair quality and efficiency
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical issues to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced maintenance environment
