FWI is building a team to provide maintenance, operation, sustainment, and further development support for the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID). As a Project Manager, you will serve as the Government's single focal point providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all aspects of cost, schedule, and technical performance.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

Work Schedule and Location:

Hybrid: This full-time, hybrid position will work core hours of 0900 to 1500 Eastern Time with onsite presence required as needed in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and Government for all contract-related matters
  • Provide management and oversight for all aspects of cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Conduct weekly In-Progress Reviews and monthly status meetings with Government personnel
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports tracking project status, issues, and progress
  • Coordinate with DMDC governance bodies including Architecture Change Management, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and IT Operations
  • Provide architecture documentation and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts in compliance with DHRA standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and submit Problem Notification Reports as required
  • Oversee Section 508 accessibility compliance for all deliverables
  • Disseminate Government guidance to all Contractor staff


Qualifications

Required:
  • Subject matter expertise in Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) practices and tooling
  • Experience with Agile-based project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in team building, communications, and time management
  • Experience with quality assurance, quality control, and procedure development
  • Knowledge of risk management, configuration management, and software integration
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project Server, JIRA, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
  • Experience with SPARX Enterprise Architect and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) artifacts
  • Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
