Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Manufacturing/Production Operator - 2nd Shift position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma, and an ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment.

Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing / Production Operator, you will perform a range of project and production tasks-from repetitive assembly functions to more complex build activities-on electronic and mechanical assemblies including modules, frames, cables, boards, subassemblies, and panels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences
- Conducting wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
- Executing both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks
- Ensuring compliance with specifications and hardware processing requirements
- Operating hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial equipment
- Setting up basic equipment and performing measurements using standard tools
- Following detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment
- Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware according to specifications
- General knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math
- Strong communication skills
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Due to the nature of work performed, U.S. citizenship is required.
