Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Manufacturing/Production Operator - 2nd Shift position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma, and an ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position: Manufacturing/Production Operator - 2nd Shift
Contract: 24 months or longer
Pay: $18.91/hour

Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing / Production Operator, you will perform a range of project and production tasks-from repetitive assembly functions to more complex build activities-on electronic and mechanical assemblies including modules, frames, cables, boards, subassemblies, and panels.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing assembly operations using established methods, techniques, and sequences
  • Conducting wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
  • Executing both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with specifications and hardware processing requirements
  • Operating hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial equipment
  • Setting up basic equipment and performing measurements using standard tools
  • Following detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency

Qualifications
Basic Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and related light industrial equipment
  • Ability to set up basic equipment and process hardware according to specifications
  • General knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math
  • Strong communication skills

Clearance Requirements
  • Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation
  • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
  • Due to the nature of work performed, U.S. citizenship is required.
