- Assisting in the design, development, and testing of electrical components and systems in compliance with contract specifications and industry standards
- Supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation
- Interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and other documentation to facilitate precise system installations and modifications
- Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades
- Maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities, testing procedures, and system performance for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a Electrical Engineering role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, computer science or IT discipline, or technical discipline
- Demonstrated ability to assist in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems by following established engineering principles and contract guidelines
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical drawings, and related documentation to ensure accuracy in implementation
- Skilled in using basic diagnostic instruments and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a support environment
- Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with electrical design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE) to enhance system analysis and validation
- Exposure to modern control systems and automation technologies for process improvement and troubleshooting efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements
- Effective communication skills to support seamless collaboration with engineering teams and end-users
