Description:Finance Analyst Senior - F-35 - Level 3
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
This role reports to the Senior Manager of F-35 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and supports FP&A activities for the F-35 Program. The position plays a key role in helping the Program develop and execute its Long-Range Plan (LRP), providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the Program's Long-Range Plan (LRP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate consolidation, analysis, and submission of monthly outlook updates for LRP financial metrics
• Prepare and deliver financial performance analyses for multiple levels of Program leadership
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of ad hoc financial requests and invoicing activities
• Support the development of business cases and financial analyses for program initiatives and investment decisions
• Perform cost-benefit analysis, ROI modeling, NPV/IRR calculations, and payback assessments

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis in Excel
- Experience with Financial reporting requirements
Desired Skills:
- Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
- Experience with SAP and financial toolsets including Hyperion and Essbase
- Finance or Business-related degree
- Experience multi-tasking to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
