Job Title: Supply Chain/Industrial Engineer (3 to 4 candidates)
Location: Onsite at Groton, CT

Position Overview: This role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes and managing projects within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 4 walls operations setting and will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supply chain operations within the physical boundaries of a manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push forward critical activities and resolve issues.
• Analyze key metrics and pain points to demonstrate improvements using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Drive client engagement and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of projects.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or Industrial Engineering methodologies to optimize processes.
Candidate Requirements:
• Clearance: none required
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience:
o Manager level candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience.
o Junior level candidates should have 2-3 years of experience.
o Experience working in defense manufacturing environments (e.g., RTX, Lockheed, Anduril, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, GD) is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Hands-on experience in inventory management, production processes, shipping and receiving, and equipment maintenance within a manufacturing facility.
o Proficiency in project management, with the ability to escalate issues and risks for resolution.
o Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel, to assess key performance metrics.
o Experience in client engagement and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Lean, Industrial Engineering, or Six Sigma certifications or experience.
• Familiarity with technical or industrial products.
