Responsibilities
This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a data science-related field and entry-level professional or military experience. We are not seeking an expert; rather, someone who is motivated, curious, and eager to learn from senior analysts and data scientists in a mission-focused environment.

- Two positions focused on activity-based intelligence (ABI) and data modeling
- One position focused on traditional data science
All three roles share the same must-have qualifications, with role-specific nice-to-have skills outlined below.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI polygraph
- Ability to work on-site in Springfield, VA, 40 hours per week (very limited telework)
- Proficiency in Python
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Data Modeler / ABI Focus (2 Positions)
- Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems
- Experience with JEMA or low-side equivalents (e.g., ESRI Model Builder, Alteryx, Tableau Prep)
- Experience with Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI)
- Experience working with multi-INT data
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, adapt to dynamic mission needs, and develop/test new analytic methodologies
Traditional Data Scientist (1 Position)
Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO system
- Experience leveraging SQL
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Tableau, or Kibana
- Proficiency with common programming languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with object-oriented programming
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, adapt to dynamic mission needs, and develop/test new analytic methodologies
