Senior Power Platform Developer

MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Power Platform Developer to support the Project Management Office (PMO) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems and lead modernization efforts within a DoD environment. This role involves leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver innovative low-code/no-code solutions.

Responsibilities:

The role involves developing and maintaining applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages to deliver innovative solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Additional duties will include:

• The developer will design and integrate modern SharePoint Online sites and workflows, implement automated processes with Power Automate, and manage SharePoint data migrations using tools like ShareGate while ensuring data integrity.
• Solutions leveraging Dataverse as a data source will be created, along with actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• The position also includes providing end-user training and technical support, maintaining detailed documentation, and engaging in both independent work and cross-functional collaboration under leadership guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 8+ years of relevant work experience.

• US citizenship and an active secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

• Knowledge of PowerShell, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with ShareGate and designing Power BI dashboards within SharePoint.

• Understanding of information architecture and user interface design principles.

• Familiarity with DoD systems and federal government environments.

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-900, PL-600, PL-400).
