  • Manage and lead a team of 12 contract employees to include Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts

  • Monitor, review, and approve employee timesheets

  • Motivate team members, periodically assess employee performance, and conduct annual appraisals

  • Communicate any performance or behavioral concerns and/or issues to upper management

  • Assist with new employee onboarding and training

  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

  • Generate comprehensive and detailed reports regarding team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines to present to upper management

  • Analyze unclassified and classified documents to determine the appropriate action needed in accordance with E.O. 13526

  • Demonstrate understanding of document markings

  • Utilize analytical skills to make determinations on documents for release, referral to other agencies, and exemption from automatic declassification

  • Recognize possible nuclear weapons and intelligence information

  • Properly handle boxes and documents
