- Manage and lead a team of 12 contract employees to include Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts
- Monitor, review, and approve employee timesheets
- Motivate team members, periodically assess employee performance, and conduct annual appraisals
- Communicate any performance or behavioral concerns and/or issues to upper management
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training
- Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Generate comprehensive and detailed reports regarding team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines to present to upper management
- Analyze unclassified and classified documents to determine the appropriate action needed in accordance with E.O. 13526
- Demonstrate understanding of document markings
- Utilize analytical skills to make determinations on documents for release, referral to other agencies, and exemption from automatic declassification
- Recognize possible nuclear weapons and intelligence information
- Properly handle boxes and documents
