Responsibilities
- Design and implement projects that simplify and automate complex tasks in PCS and SSS.
- Integrate AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate cross-division communication and decision-making.
- Build trust and alignment among stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Use behavioral strategies to encourage adoption of new processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and accountability across teams.
- Develop clear, actionable project plans with measurable milestones.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Track key metrics such as stakeholder satisfaction, cycle time reduction, and compliance.
- Report outcomes to leadership and recommend improvements.
- Other duties as assigned .
Qualifications
Here's What You Need
- Proven experience managing complex projects in large organizations.
- Strong skills in consensus building, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
- Familiarity with AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- At least eight (8) years information technology (IT) program management experience.
- 8 years of experience with developing clear, concise project documentation.
- 8 years of experience with Successful management of complex projects with a multi-year budget of $10 million or more.
- 8 years of experience with Microsoft Projects, Office, and Visio.
- 8 years of experience with managing multiple competing priorities, conflict management, and facilitation.
- 8 years of experience with AI, automation tools, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- 8 years of experience with strong command of PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting.
- 8 years of skilled presenting complex technical concepts in business-focused language.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze systems and procedures
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5 years of Proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and executives.
- 5 years of experience in strong negotiation and influence skills across IT, business, and external partners.
- 5 years of c omfortable operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- 5 years of experience with Strong data-driven reporting and KPI development.
- 5 years of Experience creating dashboards for executive consumption and with dashboard tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- 5 years of Experience supporting C-suite or executive sponsors.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
- Must reside in the Austin area.
- Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
- Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
- May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.

- May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
