Utilize and manage collection management tools and databases such as Coliseum, HOTR, NHRTC, and OSCAR-MS for submitting, validating, and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs) and collection tasks. Represent USCYBERCOM at boards, bureaus, committees, working groups (B2C2WG), and other coordination forums, enabling collaborative, deconflicted, and integrated intelligence collection planning. Validate, de-conflict, and consolidate intelligence requirements supporting service cyber components and Cyber Mission Forces (CMF); develop, maintain, and communicate Command Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs). Serve as a subject matter expert in Geospatial Intelligence Information Management Services (GIMS), facilitating the development, updating, and sustainment of GEOINT collection portfolios. Advise and assist with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) planning, asset resource availability, and time-sensitive requirement de-confliction—ensuring synchronized operations in concert with CYBERCOM J2 and related stakeholders. Contribute to the formulation and execution of USCYBERCOM collection management authorities and responsibilities; develop operational instructions (OIs) and collection management plans that enable effective command-wide intelligence operations and initiatives.
