POSITION INFORMATION : Full-Time Position; Government contractor supporting DOJ NSD
LOCATION: Washington, DC (onsite)
POSITION TIMING: Position requires candidate to obtain SCI prior to starting; can take 2-4+ weeks to process

The mission of the National Security Division (NSD) is to carry out the Department's highest priority: to combat terrorism and other threats to national security. The Infrastructure Support and Software Development Services division provides all IT services necessary to support the NSD's Infrastructure & Operations as well as Software Development, Engineering, and Service Desk.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that security is integrated with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Works on combining software development and IT operations to create a more streamlined and efficient development process.
- Knowledge with both development and operations, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Proven experience in a DevSecOps engineering role
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, as well as software development methodologies
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree, preferred
- Active Top Secret, required.
