Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team!

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Program Analyst to join our team and assist the Strategic Systems Programs Technical Division. In this role, you will provide direct support to the Shipyard and Modernization Section Head (SP20122) within the Systems Integration and Compatibility Branch (SP2012). You will provide test and program management tracking and planning, help manage workflows to ensure efficient and effective program management, prioritize schedules, draft executive correspondence, and facilitate meetings for leadership, DoD, and industry partners.

You will work with division and section stakeholders to track and produce deliverables, organize and manage Section processes, and assist with tracking and reporting on programmatic actions to senior leadership. Additionally, you will assist with creating, reviewing, editing, and implementing internal process documents related to the In-service, SSP Development Programs and the SSBN Columbia and Dreadnought program functions of SP20122.

What You'll Do
  • Execute coordination efforts between the Branch Head, Branch Sections, Section Teams, and industry partners, develop program updates, and reporting materials.
  • Coordinate section workflows, programmatic management and scheduling, assessing interdependencies and managing project schedules.
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and editing instructions, meeting minutes, memoranda, formal letters, program briefings, and other documentation.
  • Gain a robust knowledge of our cultures and practices and lead coordination for high-level events for the section and industry partners.
  • Create internal program status reports on behalf of the branch.
  • Ensure presentation excellence: Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SSP branding standards.

What You Bring
  • A bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, programmatic development, and administrative excellence.
  • An active DoD Secret clearance, or a previously active clearance held within the past two years and still in good standing.
  • Skills: Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Possess strong leadership, critical thinking, strategic planning and project planning, research and analysis capabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate among multi-contractor teams
  • Be able to work within a team environment with little direction
  • Establish, understand and mitigate Program Risks both technical and budgetary

Bonus Points
  • Direct experience with any of the programs within the SP20122 Section purview.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Systems Programs and related technical terminology and processes.
  • Strategic Weapons System operational experience.
