Summary:
Strategic Initiatives Advisor partners with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and advance high-impact strategic priorities across the organization. This role provides analytical insight, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination to drive initiatives that support long-term growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.
The Advisor operates as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, translating vision into actionable plans and ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively designed, executed, and measured.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Advise executive leadership on enterprise-level strategic priorities and emerging opportunities
- Conduct market, financial, operational, and competitive analyses to inform decision-making
- Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and scenario analysis for new initiatives
Initiative Development & Execution
- Lead or support the design and rollout of cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Translate strategic objectives into clear goals, milestones, and performance metrics
- Monitor initiative progress, risks, and outcomes; recommend course corrections as needed
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to align priorities and resources
- Facilitate executive meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions
- Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and decision memos
Performance Measurement & Governance
- Define KPIs and success metrics for strategic initiatives
- Track results and report progress to leadership
- Support change management efforts to ensure adoption and sustainability
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvements and organizational efficiencies
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches
- Provide thought leadership on strategic, operational, and organizational issues
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior or executive leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or similar)
- Experience in management consulting or enterprise strategy roles

- Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard and monitor.
