Job Title (Role): Computer Systems Architect
Location (minimum of 3 days weekly, hybrid 2 days weekly, with proper advanced approval.
Clearance Level: DOE Q OR DOE L or Secret OR Top Secret

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders on overall visibility into system performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives focused on achieving strategic goals.
Contribute to UNEA framework implementation by managing the EA repository, including relationship mapping, maturity assessments, and architectural analysis.
Collaboratively develop data-driven insights and roadmaps that align IT investments with enterprise architecture and mission priorities.
Support EA modeling and documentation activities across the domains. Assist in maintaining EA artifacts within the repository and ensure compliance with architecture standards and governance processes.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Prior experience in Enterprise Architecture, portfolio prioritization, and strategic planning.
Prior experience supporting federal agencies.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate, build teams, and foster consensus.
Innovative, "out-of-the-box" thinker.
Takes initiative and does not wait to be assigned tasks.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Comfortable recommending solutions and actively participating in meetings.
Able to respectfully express disagreements while accepting management direction.
Must be eligible for Q clearance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a government contractor.
A minimum of 5 years of experience using Jira and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
PMP certification.
Experience with CMMI Level 3 (or higher) documentation requirements (SVC or DEV).
Experience developing executive dashboards is a plus.
