• Utilize REST APIs and other approved integration methods, primarily through Power Automate and Power Apps, to interact with external or auxiliary data sources as needed.
• Apply working knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS to implement moderate customizations or enhancements when out-of-the-box capabilities are insufficient and within platform and security constraints.
• Participate in requirements discussions with senior team members, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand mission needs and translate them into SharePoint structures, workflows, applications, and reporting solutions.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, functional designs, data models, workflow diagrams, and clear, maintainable documentation.
• Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve productivity and support mission objectives.
• Provide user-facing support including demonstrations, training sessions, and one-on-one assistance for SharePoint sites, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI reports.
• Stay current with advancements in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, maintaining awareness of modern SharePoint development patterns, including SharePoint Framework, recognizing that SharePoint Framework solutions are not currently deployed in this environment.
