Acquisition Specialist

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to supporting the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff Support contract.
What you will be doing:

• The SSC Program Management (PM) Functional Home Office is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tools and Process Specialist to join our team dedicated to empowering the next generation of acquisition leaders.
• The successful candidate will be the primary lead for supporting and optimizing the technical and leadership tools available to our PM workforce.
• This individual will be responsible for developing clear, actionable process guides that facilitate the effective use of these tools and methodologies. In a secondary capacity, this role is crucial in supporting two of our cornerstone initiatives: the PM Academy for new trainees and the PM360: Leadership Lens program for developing leaders.
• This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the capability, consistency, and career growth of every Program Manager at SSC.

In compliance with California's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
