Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager -Administration to join our team. You will have a pivotal role responsible for identifying discrepancies in the supply chain and preventing future errors by integrating complex data streams from systems such as IMDS, ILS-S, and REMIS.This position requires expertise in project management, leadership, and communication, as well as experience in supply chain management, logistics, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
* Develop, manage, and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, securing stakeholder buy-in. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
* Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including supply chain, logistics, and technical specialists from various work centers.
* Foster collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
* Develop and implement supply chain and logistics strategies to support project objectives.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Budgeting and Cost Management:
* Develop, manage, and track project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Ensure accurate expense tracking, reporting, and control. Quality and Testing:
* Develop and implement quality assurance and testing plans to meet project requirements, objectives, and standards. Stakeholder Management:
* Represent and make decisions for the Logistics team in weekly meetings with System Program Office, Air Force Global Strike Command, 20th Air Force, Defense Logistics Agency, ICBM Ground Systems IPTs, Reentry System Reentry Vehicle, and Guidance System IPTs.
* Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
* Ensure stakeholders are informed and allowed to engage throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting and Metrics:
* Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success.
* Provide regular project status updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders. Data Integrity Team (DIT) Interaction:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
3 years of directly related experience in Logistics services
Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation in accordance with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-40051, MIL-STD-3007, 63-101, 00-5-1)
Experience working with Engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Experience with DoD logistics systems and databases, such as DLA Logistics Information Service (DLIS), FedLog, or similar
Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and good organizational skills
Ability to qualify for US DoW Secret Security Clearance or have had one granted within the last 5 years
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation
Applies extensive expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines
Able to interact with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with supply chain management, logistics, and procurement
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis
Ability to qualify for US DoW Secret Security Clearance or have had one granted within the last 5 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Query, and Power Power Point a plus
Experience in data analysis and reporting tools a plus
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Problem Resolution: Investigate problem areas, validate data, and identify root causes of issues, including verifying IMDS entries, tracing supply chain issues, and validating equipment serial numbers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Work with DITs to validate data transformation logic, verify data sources, and identify data quality issues using Power Query, Power BI, and Excel. Present findings and validated data to stakeholders.
