Position Overview
The Knowledge Manager (SharePoint) supports a DIA customer by aligning knowledge management processes and enabling technologies to facilitate effective information sharing, analytic production, and intelligence dissemination. This role combines knowledge management best practices with SharePoint administration and web development to ensure secure, efficient access to intelligence data and products across classified environments.
- Align processes and technology to enable information sharing across analysts and organizations supporting analytic production
- Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management tools to optimize workflow and data accessibility
- Compile reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements for knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval
- Manage dissemination of intelligence products across multiple classified networks and portals
- Develop, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows
- Troubleshoot SharePoint technical issues and ensure proper access controls in accordance with operational security requirements
- Perform web application development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET in support of knowledge management initiatives
- Support the Knowledge Management Strategy and dissemination tools, including HighPoint/SharePoint
- Shape and improve workflows supporting formal production, taskings, and intelligence dissemination Primary Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and development
- 3+ years of experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Experience supporting knowledge management or information-sharing environments within DoD, IC, or other classified settings
- Familiarity with content management, records management, and secure dissemination processes
- Experience compiling performance metrics and reporting on system usage and effectiveness
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend improvements for automation and data retrieval
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Familiarity with DIA, DoD, or IC knowledge management and dissemination processes
- Experience supporting HighPoint or similar intelligence dissemination platforms
- • Experience providing user training and documentation for SharePoint and KM best practices
Pay Range
$100,000-$120,000
The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
