Applicant will apply an extensive and comprehensive understanding of modeling and simulation (M&S) techniques to perform threat model and scenario validation and verification (V&V) testing, analysis, and process improvement for M&S programs such as ITASE and/or TMAP for the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC). This includes:
- Software V&V testing and analysis for critical, high-priority tasking, which may include:
- Threat model and/or architecture release testing
- Analyzing M&S performance of small to large autonomous and/or integrated scenarios, focusing on messages sent between simulation federates and comparing threat model performance to Intelligence data
- Configuring complex M&S scenarios using threat model documentation and Intelligence data
- Executing simulations with user-configured ("Constructive") threat models as well as Operator-in-the-Loop (OITL) threat models
- Performing "batch" runs (i.e. more than one run) for scenarios by sweeping threat model parameters
- Using Gitlab Software Configuration Management for software issue reporting and file configuration management
- Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for documenting test reports and results, and documenting identified M&S process improvement recommendations
- Using MatterMost collaboration software to clearly and effectively communicate with multiple teams between multiple labs and locations
- Candidate selected must:
- Efficiently manage personal tasking, make informed decisions with minimal supervision, and proactively seek out the necessary information to complete
assignments - Work in a fast-paced lab environment onsite at MSIC, interfacing routinely with both Contractor and Government employees
- Exercise effective technical written and oral communication with Program Management and teammates
- Multitask well, have a positive attitude, be highly motivated and a productive team player

Required Experience
- Bachelors' degree (or higher) in a STEM field
- Minimum of 15 years related experience in MSIC M&S
- High-level MSIC threat modeling expertise
- U.S. Citizenship required; Active TS/SCI with CI Poly through DIA (i.e. existing clearance allowing for immediate MSIC SCIF access upon hiring)
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth experience in ITASE and TMAP as a threat model developer and/or analyst
- Detailed knowledge of MSIC SAM and C4 threat modeling
- Detailed knowledge of MSIC M&S for Air/Land/Sea/Space domains
- Detailed knowledge of threat model V&V testing techniques
- General knowledge of additional MSIC M&S programs such as OMEGA is a plus
