Markon is seeking an experienced PI to support an IC customers Talent Center organization by providing integrated portfolio support to HR projects, programs and technologies. This individual will assist in supporting cross group coordination, assisting in the identification, and understanding of requirement dependencies to projects and other initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the customer in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
- Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
- Document and track program requirements via Epics, User Stories, and Tasks
- Capture, produce, and maintainproject documentation ( ConOps , Design, Requirements, Test Plans, User Manuals, Roadmap, etc.)
- Execute test plans and produce documented results
- Support project sprint activities to include sprint planning, closeout, and testing
- Provide support to users on the production system, as required
- Ability to assistin preparation of management plans and reports
- Facilitate project meetings and information sessions
- Support the identification and tracking of action items, trackingand monitoring of on-going projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule and capturing meeting minutes
- Compose and maintainingcorrespondence documentation such as operating procedures
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in stakeholder engagement and program governance.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience organizing and managing projects in accordance with Sponsor's agile framework.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience supporting software development projects to include integration with enterprise resources.
- A Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a scientific discipline or 13 equivalent years of experience
