MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Human Systems Integrator. This position will be located on-site in St. Louis, MO.
The Senior Human Systems Integrator will lead the successful organizational adoption of enterprise IT systems for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Serve as the primary liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation, intuitive system use, and alignment with business outcomes.

The Senior Human Systems Integrator will lead the successful organizational adoption of enterprise IT systems for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Serve as the primary liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation, intuitive system use, and alignment with business outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acting as the primary on-site interface and liaison between OEM stakeholders, user adoption teams, and MANTECH/vendor engineering staff
- Proactively managing the escalation of technical and adoption-related issues to appropriate engineering resources
- Coordinating cross-functional problem-solving sessions to remove user blockers and support stakeholder success
- Performing comprehensive learning needs assessments and identifying skills gaps across user roles
- Analyzing training objectives and offerings, coordinating with the OEM's Learning Management System (LMS) and vendor training suppliers to facilitate targeted on-site training
- Leading training implementation for Users, Configuration Specialists, and IT Support, including access control and workflow mapping
- Designing and executing adoption strategies that integrate organizational change management and user experience (UX) best practices
- Facilitating clear communication channels between system engineers and end users to ensure feature understanding and business alignment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Information Systems, Human Factors, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in IT system implementation, end-user training, or organizational change management
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver structured training programs
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX/UI) principles in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders to streamline process adoption and resolve operational blockers
- Ability to support travel to OEM site as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting digital engineering (DE) or model-based system engineering (MBSE) initiatives
- Background in user-centered design, usability testing, or enterprise software deployment
- Familiarity with Agile project environments and system transformation efforts
- Professional certifications in Organizational Change Management, UX, or Training Development
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
