Northrop Grumman is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst 2/3 to join the IBCS Quality and Mission Assurance team. This position will be in Huntsville, Alabama; remote opportunities may be available.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst 2/3 to join the IBCS Quality and Mission Assurance team. This position will be in Huntsville, Alabama; remote opportunities may be available.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tracks program training requirements and inputs completions in the training database
- Sends notifications and reminders to program personnel to complete training
- Compiles, reviews, and provides training data and metrics to the Process Quality Lead for presentation to management
- Supports the Process Quality Lead in coordinating the quarterly Program Training Council
- Authors and coordinates updates of program training and training documentation for the program
- Supports program course instructors with class logistics and documentation
- Provides support to the Process Improvement team for tracking and updating program process assets, including participation in release boards and document reviews
- Provides support to the Quality and Mission Assurance team for audits, reports, and other tasks as needed
Basic Qualifications Level 2
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of additional process improvement-related experience; or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree with Process improvement -related experience.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess the skills required to manage time and tasks independently
- Must be able to work onsite in Huntsville, AL
Basic Qualifications Level 3
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of additional process improvement-related experience; or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree with Process Improvement related experience
- Experience in Process/Continuous-improvement within a high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar).
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess the skills required to manage time and tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Training or professional course development experience
- Database entry experience
- AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
- Six-Sigma or Lean certification
- Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
