THE WORK
The senior level attorney will assume full legal responsibility for a large, complex market segment within the SEMS LoB, serving as the principal legal strategist and risk manager for the business. • Drive continuous improvement of legal processes, leveraging technology (including AI enabled contract analytics) to enhance efficiency and decision making.
• Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes-domestic, international, and industry specific-and proactively adjust policies and practices to safeguard the business.
The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in federal procurement, commercial, and international contract law with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast paced, high stakes environment.
