Description:Role Overview
As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will help ensure complex systems perform as designed by planning, executing, and documenting integration and test activities. You will work across engineering teams to translate requirements into effective test solutions and support system-level verification and validation efforts that are critical to mission success.
This role focuses on hands-on test planning, execution support, and technical coordination, with opportunities to contribute across the system lifecycle.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Develop, review, and execute system and subsystem test plans, procedures, and schedules
• Support and participate in design reviews, TRRs, and technical interchange meetings
• Integrate and test in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems
• Translate customer and program requirements into practical, executable test approaches
• Coordinate test activities across engineering teams, programs, and partner organizations
• Analyze test results and prepare clear, accurate test reports validating system performance
• Document anomalies, write discrepancy reports, and support regression testing after fixes
• Ensure test activities meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Work Environment
• Collaborative engineering environment with cross-functional teams

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
