THE WORK
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in program management and finance to join the RMS program office supporting the MH 60 Seahawk Performance Based Logistics (PBL) program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with program managers, finance, integrated product teams (IPTs), control account managers (CAMs), and engineers to drive the performance, cost effectiveness, and overall success of this fast paced sustainment program.
Core Responsibilities:
- Control Account Management - Own all aspects of control account planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting for control accounts you are responsible for.
- Risk & Opportunity Leadership - Identify, evaluate, and lead mitigation strategies for program risks and opportunities.
- Cost Savings Oversight - Direct and track cost reduction initiatives, ensuring measurable savings.
- Program Excellence Planning - Develop and execute an excellence plan to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
- Annual Re Baseline Management - Lead the yearly program re baseline process, incorporating updated cost and schedule data.
- Customer Financial CDRL Support - Prepare and review customer required financial data for contractual data requirement lists (CDRLs).
- Monthly EAC Updates - Calculate, update, and present the Estimate at Completion (EAC) each month, providing analysis to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement Solutions - Deliver objective recommendations to improve systems, processes, and overall program execution.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years experience in a business field.
• Proven business acumen with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to successfully lead assigned projects and small teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Desired Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Self starter with a results oriented, process focused mindset.
• Proficiency with SAP and PM Compass.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles & demonstrated experience performing Estimate at Completion (EAC) analyses.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with proposal development and financial CDRL preparation.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
