You will be the C-130 Global Production Program Manager for the Global Production team which is responsible for leading all aspects of select International C-130 Programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the C-130 Global Production Program Manager you will be responsible for driving technical, schedule, and cost performance across the program while serving as the primary customer interface.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and maintain program baselines, milestones, and master schedules.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and track program metrics (EV, engineering, quality, production).

  • Lead Program Management Reviews, Status Reviews, and Milestone Reviews, presenting clear updates to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Support proposal/ECP development, contract negotiations, and financial term discussions as needed.

Further Information About This Opportunity

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance after hire.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience planning and executing complex development programs

Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and cost requirements

Experience interfacing with senior company leadership and external customers at various organizational levels

Experience with proposal development, including customer-driven changes (e.g., Engineering Change Proposals)

Experience applying Earned Value Management and other financial performance measures
Desired Skills:
Program management experience, including team leadership, strategy and plan development, resource management, and execution against defined objectives

International business experience, including support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs

Experience supporting fixed-wing military aircraft programs or comparable aviation platforms

Experience managing large-scale production programs, including programs with parallel development activities

Experience performing risk identification and mitigation activities, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
