In this role you will-
Manage the implementation and execution of program quality requirements. Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the programs life-cycle including proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and support. Requires an understanding of quality tasks across quality functions including hardware, software, systems and suppliers/subcontractors, and customers. Proficient in company policies. Partners with program teams as the Quality Lead for design, development, production and mobilization phases of program execution. Performs contract reviews and flows down contract quality requirements to quality team, including suppliers. Establishes quality budgets and cost commitments.
Responsible for collection and analysis of Quality data to detect nonconformance trends and drive effective corrective action. Prepares Corrective Action Board meeting material and drive action item status and closure.
Basic Qualifications:
- Technical bachelors degree from an accredited college in any related discipline or a Masters degree
- Quality experience or equivalent in a test or production environment
- Experience with quality or manufacturing engineering processes or policies and/or quality systems management requirements
- Presentation skills
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with re-entry systems
- Familiarity with Fleet Ballistic Missile program
- Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black belt certifications.
- Tableau experience
- Presentation skills with experience developing presentations for Senior Leaders
- Proficiency with discrepancy documents in SAP or other databases
- Proficiency with data analysis
- Experience directly engaging with customers.
- 5+ years of professional experience with a bachelors degree; or 3+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree
- Secret clearance

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
