Leidos is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a SIGINT program by managing deliverables, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking progress, mitigating risks, and maintaining project documentation while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager and deliverable tracking.
  • Provide technical meeting minutes, identify action items.
  • Prepare and compile technical briefs, track submission of deliverables, and monitor schedules.
  • Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders, including government customers and vendor partners.
  • Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other vendor or partner engagements.
  • Assist with travel planning and coordination, labor forecasting, and requirements tracking.
  • Manage project files and folders on shared drives using tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
  • Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Security Clearance Requirement – Active TS/SCI with polygraph


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.

Pay Range: Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
