MANTECH seeks a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our vehicle sustainment team. This position is fully remote.
The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. This position reports to the Deployment Specialist and provides support to the PMO and management staff for program administration and deployment processes, communicating and coordinating with individual employees, Program Management, PMO functional leads, Government representatives, and other groups as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides support to the PMO and management staff for program administration and deployment processes. Individual communicates and coordinates with individual employee, Program Management, PMO functional leads, Government (when required), and other groups as needed.
- Data entry and management, tracking and accountability of personnel, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CRC scheduling, visa processing, issuance of LOA's and CAC's.
- Basic administrative skills and personnel management experience with the ability to prioritize work tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field (OR) 7+ years of qualified experience and an associate's degree in a related field (OR) 10+ years of qualified experience.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management and basic administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures.
- Experience with personnel accountability, medical scheduling, and visa processing.
- Strong communication skills for coordination between PMO functional leads and external groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing PeopleSoft to create and revise Travel Authorizations and monitor approvals; experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WorkDay.
- Familiarity with AES/ITAR submission processes and documentation for employees deploying overseas.
- Proficiency in processing and monitoring TASS applications and reverifications.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex financial data with audit teams.
- Strong background in OCONUS travel guidelines and deployment compliance.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
