Overview

As an AI Developer supporting Silotech Groups' technology & innovation, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that operate autonomously and collaboratively within secure systems. You will work across the full AI lifecycle, from model selection and fine-tuning to orchestration, tool use, and secure deployment.

Essential Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI systems
- Build, integrate, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs)
- Develop AI agents operating in IL4 / IL5 environments
- Implement machine learning pipelines
- Integrate AI with enterprise and government systems
- Ensure compliance with security and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevSecOps teams
- Produce technical documentation
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years experience in AI / ML development
- Experience with LLMs and agentic AI architectures
- Experience working in IL4 and/or IL5 environments
- Strong Python skills
- Knowledge of secure development practices
- -CompTIA Sec+, Net+, & A+
Preferred Qualifications
- Active or prior DoD clearance
- Experience with NIST 800-53, RMF, or CMMC
- Experience deploying AI in restricted networks
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Background in government or defense programs
